David Inglada Trained at The Hospitality School in Manresa – Spain with Jordi Pujol (MMAPE 1993)
David has Worked for a variety of Michelin Star Chefs as a head pastry and bakery chef and these include:

· Jordi Vila (Alkimia Barcelona Spain 1 Michelin Star)
· Manolo de la Osa (Las rejas Span 1 Michelin Star)

David is very proud to have won the following awards throughout his illustrious career
· Best Pastry Chef of Catalonia 2000
· Best Restaurant pastry Chef in Spain 2004
· Best Pastry Chef of Spain 2005
As Director of Aula Sole Graells school in Barcelona David trained Chefs presenting courses and Chef development working alongside referenced pastry chefs and chief Bakers in
