can be a very long and tedious exercise where you

have to have a discussion with your local council.

However when building a conservatory, you do not

need any Planning Permission and it is therefore quite
straightforward to construct the additional room.

It is a one story addition to the house and as you can

see there are lots of windows in the conservatory and
sometimes in the summer it can get very hot in there.

You will also notice from the photo there are two

doors in the midpoint of the conservatory and these
help to keep it cool when there are open.

In this conservatory there is a dinning space at one
end and a living space with comfortable chairs in the

other end. The kitchen also extends into the

conservatory.
