So you’re ready to get organized!
First download the easy to app from Totescan. Apply the QR code to your box, then scan and follow the easy to use options to store your items.
You can select a location for the box you’re working with in the settings link that allows you to sub group the boxes. Next you can catalogue the box with as many pictures you need to show the contents you are putting away.
Then add your description, I personally like to get really detailed in the description.
Then save and you’re done, super simple, affordable and fun.
tech savvy option : use this app with the Alexa app making the location process exponentially easier. If you’re like me then you’re probably managing multiple things all at once, I do all the organizing for Synergy Design Firm and one of the
greatest things is the send totes feature. It allows me to share the contents of a box with as many people as needed. FUN RIGHT! You can send or request inventory so you and your staff are all on the same page.
Favorite feature: this is reusable! So if you clear a box you’re able to delete the previous information and create a whole new entry.
So go make a mess and create a functional storage space you will enjoy for years to come.
