FINANCE
Finance department is a major important for organizations running effectively. For this
long drive of organization running successfully plays the key roles as strategic business
partners. In forward-looking organizations, finance is evolving from a focus on
transactions and cost efficiency to a broader focus that covers decision support and
strategy.
Mr. Saravanan is a charged with understanding the unit's financial situation. He is
a senior leader of an organization are responsible for all aspects of its financial health.
He and his team remain accountable for the resources entrusted to them, including
funding, facilities and banking, even if they have delegated budget and accounting
responsibilities, financial reporting and management practices etc. His team are
encouraged by him to develop an oversight process that builds on best practices.
