TRAINING
Winspire - Training Institute is a subsystem of our organization which emphasize
on improvement & performance of individuals. Training is an educational process
which involves the sharpening of skills, change of attitude and gaining knowledge
to Groom up the Individual. We are qualified with GWO programe and implies a
program in safety and technical module.
Mr. Jerald Rozario Arockia Raj, Dean having 30 years of professional experience
as professor in delivering the core subject to students and other programme to
employees. He is taking care of the training department to conducts training
classes, pertaining to work procedures, understanding job-specific functions. He is
a qualified trainer in GWO and he maintains the record of 6000 hrs. of training to
employees in term both internal and external trainings.
