In the year 1999, windcare was started as a 4-member team, with its enormous growth in the succeeding years as of now
in 2019 having nearly up to 600 employees as direct employees, those who are working in and around in India and in abroad,

Among the Total counts of direct employees, nearly 80% of the employees are of Engineering Graduates. Initially they all are
well trained during the first 6 months ‘as Graduate Engineering Trainees. The active participants are shortlisted from the skill

evaluation result, conducted during the probation periods are then promoted to next level and various departments with all
applicable appraisals.
