We hope you will benefit from all the meticulously structured privileges that you will be provided with throughout your professional experience in our schools. We recognize that new employees, in particular, are bound to have many questions relating to their specific position or responsibilities. You are encouraged to direct any specific inquiries you may have to your immediate line manager or to contact the Office of Human in your school. However, you are kindly requested to go through this handbook thoroughly and to consider it as your initial reference in case you have any queries. It has been constructed to provide all relevant information and guidance to all GEMS National Schools ‘employees.
The School Departments’ Policies, Benefits and Rules, as explained in this manual, may be changed from time to time as circumstances, employment legislation, and economic conditions dictate. If and when provisions are changed, you will be notified.
The policies in this manual are to be considered as guidelines and not all-inclusive.
We will always welcome your queries and suggestions and hope that your experience with our schools will always add value to professional development and career progression.
