Honorary General

Secretary

As the Honorary General Secretary of the Executive Committee (EXCO) and the head
of Secretariat, I am tasked with vetting the agendas of all Special Projects and Support
Committees, as well as their respective meeting minutes. The role entails managing the
records of Extra-Curricular Activities for CAC members and ensuring that administrative
matters are effectively organized.

Besides my duties in the Secretariat, I enjoy planning cohesion activities for the EXCO
members. As a strong believer of the maxim “work hard, play hard”, I appreciate
slogging for our events but also finding time to have fun. Furthermore, as the HGS, I
plan the Annual General Meeting (AGM), Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) and
Investiture for the incoming batch of leaders.

You wouldn’t be the first to think the aforementioned is too much for you. However, the
journey is full of ups and downs and will no doubt be one that is enriching and full of
personal growth.
