TIAA 简介

车载信息服务产业应用联盟（中文简称：车联，英文简称：TIAA）成立于 2010 年 2 月 4 日，是一家在中国民政部门注册、开放和独立的技术与市场组织。上届和现任理事长单位是
启明信息技术股份有限公司。
车联关注技术与标准向市场的转移和应用，推动电子信息成为通用和基础的技术。作为一个国际化的组织，车联 612 家成员来自世界 12 个国家和地区，包括汽车、农业机械、工程机械、
电子信息、互联网、服务 6 个领域。同时车联建立了 10 个委员会、35 个工作组、3 个分联盟、2 个独立研究院、1 个基金、6 个国家代表处，可支配资金总额为人民币 11.5 亿。
车联先后承担了国际电联智能交通全球频率统一、电动汽车综合标准化、国家车联网产业标准体系建设指南、智能交通无线电研究、商用车辆主被动安全、车联网网络安全、C-V2X
和 77-81GHz 毫米波雷达测试等中国 18 个部委 40 多项任务委托，发布、立项、在研 54 项标准，成果应用于 62 个品牌，数百万辆整车。累计主办各类活动近 400 场，约 10 万人次的中
外技术人员参与活动。
车联也是国家团体标准示范应用单位，2 项联盟标准入选 2017 年工业和信息化百强团体示范标准。
车联、TIAA 是联盟的注册商标。

TIAA Profile

TIAA (short for Telematics Industry Application Alliance, as well as Technology and Information of the Advanced Application) established on February 4, 2010, is a non-
governmental organization who registered in Ministry of Civil Affairs of China. The last and current chairman company is Qiming Information Technology Co., Ltd.
Currently, TIAA has over 612 members from 12 countries and regions covered 6 fields of automobile, agricultural machinery,engineering machinery, electronic information,
internet and service. Moreover, TIAA has 10 committees, 35 working groups, 3 sub-unions, 2 research institutions, 1 fund and 6 national representative offices, whose total
disposable funds is RMB 1.15 billion.
TIAA has supported18 ministries such as MIIT on relevant projects. TIAA has been undertaking over 40 national projects like ITU-R Agenda Item 1.12 (Global/Regional ITS
Frequency Harmonization), Integrated Standardization of Electric Vehicles,Active/Passive Safety of Commercial Vehicle ,IoV Cyber Security ,C-V2X and 77-81GHz Millimeter Wave
Radar Testing. The achievements of 54 released/researching TIAA standards have been used in 62 automotive brands and millions of vehicles.Since TIAA was established, nearly
400 meetings and activities has been organized, which attracted totally 100 thousand Chinese and foreign experts and technicians.
TIAA has been registered to be our trademark.
