         新一代卫星融合多媒体地面试验网                                                     V2X 和 77-81GHz 毫米波雷达无线电技术频率研究试验

             在工业和信息化部、国家国防科技工业局、国家新闻广电出版总局等部门指导下,
                                                                                 按照工业和信息化部委托,研究 V2X 和 77-81GHz 毫米波雷达国内外技术进展和
          以联盟副理事长:国广中播传媒技术有限公司搭建了车载数字多媒体技术工作组,并
                                                                             市场、应用情况,在重庆、长春、合肥、泰州、大连等地开展无线电试验工作,以此
          启动工程测试工作。试验在全国 30 个省市和自治区,累计投入各种车辆 400 多台,
                                                                             提出中国频率规划建议、技术要求和方法路线,支持 2019 年世界无线电通信大会有
          完成 8 万小时、150 万公里的实际环境测试,并在标准制定、关键技术验证、样车与
                                                                             关智能交通系统全球或区域统一频段议题的国内准备工作。
          样机研发等方面都取得了突破性进展,形成了新一代车载多媒体的完整产业链条。

          Under the guidance of MIIT, SASTIND (State Administration of Science, Technology
          and Industry for National Defence) and SART (State Administration of Radio and
          Television), TIAA Deputy Chairman Company: Global Vision founded WG on Vehicular
          Digital Multimedia. The WG had organized real environment test in 30 cities which took
          them 80 thousand hours, covered 1.5 million km and involved 400 vehicles. They also
          made breakthrough progress in standards, certification on key technologies, prototype
                                                                             V2X and 77-81GHz Millimeter Wave Radar Radio
          vehicles and terminals, which developed a whole industrial chain of vehicular

          multimedia.

                                                                             Entrusted by MIIT, TIAA organized members research on the technology, market,

                                                                             application of LTE-V2X and 77-81GHz millimeter wave radar. The frequency test have
                                                                             been developing in Chongqing, Changchun, Hefei, Taizhou and Dalian which was
                                                                             to develop the proposals on Chinese frequency allocation, technical requirement
                                                                             and method way, as well as Chinese preparation for Global/Regional ITS Frequency
                                                                             Harmonization during WRC-19.
