The ACTUAL FEELINGS we get in our body are also good clues about how we are feeling. These are often easy to spot when we are feeling angry - but also happen when we are feeling anxious or scared.
Ed needs to go upstairs to the toilet...but it’s very dark!
He can feel his heart beating very fast...
...and his muscles are tense and shaky. He’s feeling very SCARED!
