STRUCTURE approach

▪ Grab the audience’s attention right from the beginning
▪ State the issue/need/challenge/problem/event
▪ Give your answer/solution/recommendation
▪ Visualize the “future” with your solution
▪ Finish with an action-inspiring conclusion

Your body talks, too PRESENCE

▪ Have a straight but not rigid posture - Anchor
▪ Breathe…deeply
▪ Connect with your audience using your eyes
▪ Illustrate your speech with open, full gestures
▪ Use the space in a deliberate way
▪ Use your voice to communicate your passion
▪ Use pauses for transitions, for strong emphasis
▪ Contrast your points
