Jim, my recommendation is that Nevada Linen purchases the Hot Water Heater and Hot Water
Tank with Pumps at this time and the remainder in the future with the remainder of the Ellis
Wash Floor. As per our visit to Nevada Linen, we are pleased to quote for following
Equipment:

Two (2) 4,000 Gallon Tanks.
84” diameter x 13’ high, Type 304 Stainless Steel.
Note: Reuse Water Tank top reinforced for a shaker screen. One (1) Hot Water;
One (1) Reuse.

Three (3) Pumps on a Prepiped Prewired Skid for Hot & Tempered Water.
Pumps are 400 GPM @ 110’ T.D.H., Pumps 3500 RPM. TEFC Inverter Duty Motors.
All piping is Type 304L Stainless Steel. 15HP.

One (1) Shaker Screen for Reuse Water.

Two (2) Pumps on Prepiped/Prewired Skid for Reuse Water.
Pumps are 300 GPM at 110’ T.D.H.

One (1) Heat Reclaimer System, 4-6”- 30’ long with Four-way Valve, Throttle Valve, Floor
Stands and Controls. 5 Deg. F. approach with Waste Water Pumps. Note: Two (2)
sections to be added to two (2) existing sections and relocated to the boiler room.
