Ludell Manufacturing is pleased to quote the following Heat Exchangers:
No. 1 – 10 Hose Drops in Packing Area:
Ludell Model 10U41-2 U-Tube Heat Exchanger, stainless steel construction with
stainless steel type 304 tubes. Tubes are ¾” O.D.-0.035” wall thickness. The head
and tubesheet are constructed with T-304 stainless steel. Overall length of
exchanger is approximately 4 feet; exchanger shell is 10-3/4” O.D.
Performance: Steam to water, water in the tubes & steam in the shell;
connections are 3” for water, 4” for steam and 3” for condensate.
Heat transfer design condition is 2,800,000 Btu/hr.
Heat 70 gpm of 80 psi water from 50F to 130F with 2,900 lb/hr of
100 PSIG steam.
ASME Code stamp is included.
Steam heater is mounted horizontally on a skid along with steam
and condensate controls.
No. 2 – 20 Hose Drops in Processing Area:
Ludell Model 14U44-2 U-Tube Heat Exchanger, stainless steel construction with
stainless steel type 304 tubes. Tubes are ¾” O.D.-0.035” wall thickness. The head
and tubesheet are constructed with T-304 stainless steel. Overall length of
exchanger is approximately 4.5 feet; exchanger shell is 14” O.D.
Performance: Steam to water, water in the tubes & steam in the shell;
connections are 4” for water, 6” for steam and 3” for condensate.
Heat transfer design condition is 5,600,000 Btu/hr.
Heat 140 gpm of 80 psi water from 50F to 130F with 5,800 lb/hr of
100 PSIG steam.
