One (1) Piped Steam to water Heater Exchanger Package on a Stand with control
panel, Including:

1. Ludell Model 16U44-2 U-Tube external heat exchanger.
Note: 100 PSIG steam supplied by the customer to the regulator.
3. Shell, head, and tube sheet construction of carbon steel.
4. 3/4" O.D. Type 304 stainless steel tubing.
5. Heater to be designed, inspected, and stamped in accordance with
the latest ASME code for unfired pressure vessels. Ludell is the
holder of ASME Code Stamp No. 18439.
6. Steam regulator with cast iron body (Spirax/Sarco brand).
7. Steam strainer with removable stainless steel screen.
8. Inverted bucket steam trap with thermic vent (Armstrong brand).
9. Isolation valves.
9. Vacuum check valve.
10. Two (2) dial thermometers, bi-metal type with a range of 0 to 250
Deg. F.
11. Black iron pipe.
12. Primed carbon steel stand.
13. Steam temperature control panel (Fuji brand).
