               Trip Summary:  Initial visit to verify equipment locations and tie-ins for the new Ludell Heat
               Recovery System.  Also, to verify hook-up and control of the Kemco stack gas damper controls.
               Dampers run with 120V Modutrol motors with safety loop tie in to boiler controls. Verified
               dampers and motors in good condition. The spray nozzle in the stack gas will need to be
               replaced. (2 inch Bete nozzle).  An access door will need to be installed to change the nozzle.  I
               will have our Mark Grosskreutz, Parts Manager send Jeff Goldman with Aramark Uniform a
               quote for these two parts.

               Internally, the stack gas looks to be in good condition. Talked with Curt (contractor) while at
               plant.
