* Client fee is an intial 1/2 to start the implementation. Once agreed upon by Meade Law, LLC. owners, PTG will create a formal agreement for both parties to sign. These monthly amounts include all filing fees, legal and third
party administration costs, but does not include any amounts for income tax return compliance, accounting/payroll services, or franchise or income taxes due to any taxing authority; the monthly amount is payable commencing on
the Date Signed below and thereafter on the 26th day of each following month. The monthly amounts are subject to an annual increase of 5% commencing on the second anniversary date.
