PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The portfolio includes 132 condominiums and 93 Coach Homes, which include three residences each, for a total of 411 residences, all within 220 acres. The developer partnered with Margaritaville in the summer of 2017 to enhance their condominium o ering and felt sales were lagging. Legacy’s introduction provided laser focus on lifestyle sales and marketing versus the developer’s traditional home building business model. Initial involvement included rede ning the advertising and marketing campaign, repositioning and training the sales sta , and forging realtor relationships. The Margaritaville brand provided additional marketing depth, owner value, and maximizes the product message.
