PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Crab Cay is an exclusive island resort in Exuma Bahamas, inside the sheltered waters of Elizabeth Harbour, where only 310 families will reside in a gated community with 24-hour security. This resort masterplan includes a 116-slip marina, 37-room Boutique Hotel and three residential o erings including multi-family condominiums, single family homesites between 1/5 - 1/2 Acres and large estates ranging from 1 -3 Acres. A bridge connecting the Crab Cay to the mainland completed construction in late 2009. Ownership hired Legacy International to work with the resort development arm of Cushman & Wake eld to organize a development and business plan and sales and marketing platform. Working with numerous strategic land, legal, maritime and hospitality partners Legacy created, marketed and sold the founders program of estate homesites on Claw Beach and the Harbour Village Villas generating over $20M in revenue.
