PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Nested in the crystal clear waters of the archipelago Las Perlas, rests a private island resort community on 1500 Acres with 35 km of coast and 25 km of beaches. 40 miles from the capital city of Panama, Isla Viveros is the perfect combination of island life and the excitement of the city. This community o ers a wide variety of real estate products, while maintaining high standards of quality nishes and workmanship. The rst phase of development included 150 1-acre oceanfront homesites, 8-room cottage hotel, a private airport and exclusive slips at the marina. Ownership, Michel Soutiran, engaged Legacy to evaluate the development plan and o ering. After a thorough evaluation of phasing plans and the demand pipeline, Legacy reorganized the positioning, established a sales platform and designed a collection of Marina Villas adjacent to the Marina Welcome Center as a focused selling e ort to relaunch all product segments throughout the development. This e ort led to the generation of a $23M business plan.
