Minto Communities purchased approximately 200 Acres adjacent to ChampionsGate, Florida minutes from the Orlando Park District. The Master plan includes  ve phases, o ering up to 500 total residences, and Phase one is well underway. The product sits in the vacation rentals’ market space and the developer’s sales velocity failed to meet their expectations. Legacy was engaged Q3 2017, rede ned the sales process, audited the marketing plan, and results were realized immediately with an impressive 300% lift in sales Q1 2018 (year over year). Legacy’s e ort includes an international outreach program, which will fuel future sales. As with most Legacy partnerships, initiatives include sta  training, proper balance of sta  and the implementation of proven best practices.
