PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The V at Lake Las Vegas is a luxury Golf Villa and Townhome development. Without the assistance of a sales center, our team accomplished $105 million in sales with a pre-construction phone launch. Our success was so overwhelming that sales were suspended allowing development e orts to catch-up. When sales resumed again in late 2006 we positioned the remainder of the community producing an additional $25 million in sales, closing-out the community.
