                 accurate for the transaction.

             ü Confirm the seller’s name
                 matches on both the preliminary

                 report and the purchase
                 and sale agreement.

             ü Review easements, covenants,
                 and any restrictions recorded
                 against the property.

             ü Promptly address “the BIG 3”
                 on your report. Inquire as to the

                 appropriate action needed to
                 ensure a timely closing.

             ü Make note of any issues on
                 your report. Confirm removal, or
                 understand their impact, prior to
