man leave his father
and mother, and cleave
to his wife;
19:08 08. And they twain shall 17:19 11:16
be one flesh: so then
they are no more twain,
but one flesh.
19:08 09. What therefore God 17:19 11:16
hath joined together,
let not man put asund-
er.
09. And I say unto you, 10:09 17:19 11:16
Whosoever shall put
away his wife, except it
be for fornication, and
shall marry another,
commiteth adultery:
and whoso marrieth
her which is put away
doth commit adultery.
19:09 10. And in the house his 17:19 11:16
disciples asked him
again of the same
matter.
19:09 11. And he saith unto 17:19 11:16
them, Whosoever shall
put away his wife, and
marry another, commit-
eth adultery against
her.
19:09 12. And if a woman 17:19 11:16
shall put away her hus-
band, and be married
to another, she commit-
eth adultery.
10.¶ His disciples say 10:12 17:19 11:16
unto him, If the case of
the man be so with his
wife, it is not good to
marry.
