           MATTHEW MARK LUKE JOHN

                              - Seek Ye the Kingdom of God -

                            Matt 18:15-35 • Mark • Luke 12:13-59 • John
       -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
¶ And one of the company said unto him, Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the
inheritance with me. And he said unto him, Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you? And he
said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: [F]or a man’s life consists not in the

abundance of the things which he possesseth. And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground
of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do,
because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my
barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. And I will say to my soul,

Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But God
said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: [T]hen whose shall those things
be, which thou hast provided? So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God. •
       -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
¶ Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee

and him alone: [I]f he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then
take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be
established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: [B]ut if he neglect to hear the
church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican. Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye
shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: [A]nd whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed

in heaven. Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they
shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are
gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
       -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
¶ Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I

forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: [B]ut, Until
       seventy times seven.
