The Domenica Group has evolved as the market has evolved. A second-generation family business with almost 60
years of experience to call upon. If we look back at the way the market has developed, our Company has always
been at the forefront of the construction revolution. Awarded a Class A building licence and prestigious Ministry of
Defence appointment, our credits include the construction of hospitals, schools, banks, hotels, commercial
premises as well as private housing. Today the Domenica Group employs over 480 staff across 7 different
companies covering construction, property development, property management, hotel management and travel.
In 1997 we established our own travel company Iris Travel so that we could look after the needs of our clients
postsale and manage their properties for them.

Domenica Group is one of the largest development groups in Pafos with approximately 480 employees
throughout seven different companies, having currently a huge amount of properties available, dealing with
property management & rentals, and also, working in the tourist sector, by owning/managing 4 Hotels in Pafos and
Ayia Napa.

All developing projects are self-financed by the Group and it prides itself on its flexibility in terms of selling prices
and methods of payment due to the lack of the usual constraints or pressures as a direct result of external finance.
