4a. View the fax number, date/time of fax attempts, and current fax status by clicking on the exclamation point for that request.
Step 5. Confirm the correct fax number using one of the following methods:
• Viewtheoriginalrequestdocument,ifscannedanduploaded,toseeifthefaxnumberonthe
request was entered correctly for that Requestor. • CalltheRequestortoconfirmthefaxnumber.
Step 6. Update the Requestor Contact’s fax number in the ROI+ Requestors Tab.
Step 7. Re-send the fax to the correct fax number.
