9. When you return to the main screen, you will see the updated status of each individual request.
This column shows
the Request Status of each individual request in the Container.
10a. On the main screen, there are other useful updates that occur as you process.
The Bulk Rate Status will change as you go. Statuses include New, Invoice Request, In Process, In Error, Complete, and Archived.

Once you send a fax, the status of the fax shows here. You will see Pending, Complete, or Error.
This summary row tells you the total number of Patients entered and how many of those are In Process, Completed, or Rejected.
10b. View a history of what has happened, beginning with creation of the Bulk Request Container.
Click the Bulk Request Status (circled in red) to see a history, or log, of what has happened so far, including faxing activity.
