ROI+ SERVICE BULLETIN 02-21-2018 Bulk Requests - Container System
13. On the results list in the ROI Requests tab, you may search for the individual requests from the Container. The letter “B” (circled below) denotes a request that exists inside a Container.
IMPORTANT!!! Bulk Request Containers are NOT listed in the standard ROI Requests results list. The individual patient requests from the Container ARE listed there, with a “B” next to the Request Status.
This “B” means that you must go to the Bulk Requests tab to view additional details, edit, or further process the request. See example below of how Container requests appear in the standard ROI Requests tab.
