ROI+ SERVICE BULLETIN 04-13-2018 Invoice Header Added for Billing Reference
  PROBLEM:
Some Requestors ask for a billing reference, such as a claim number, before paying for a request. Currently, this type of information can be included on the Requestor invoice in the Additional Description section. However, this item needs to be easier for the Requestor to see and understand.
DETAILS:
Some Requestors indicate that a billing reference, such as a claim number, is needed prior to issuing payment for a request. Currently, ROI+ users can include this type of information in the Additional Description section of the invoice as a no-charge item. However, this information is then displayed at the bottom of the invoice and a $0.00 charge is shown next to it in the Amount column. As a result, some Requestors do not notice this reference on the invoice and/or are confused by the $0.00 charge that is displayed next to the reference.
SOLUTION:
We have added a dedicated Invoice Header section on the invoice for users to add a billing reference. The billing reference will be displayed for the Requestor at the top of the billing section on the invoice, so that it will be easy to see. In addition, a $0.00 amount will no longer appear alongside this item. You can use this new feature by editing the invoice. You may also add or edit a billing reference by clicking “hdr” on the Quality Control (QC) screen.
Technical Notes:
• Use your return/enter key when you reach the right edge of the invoice header box to create additional lines. (It does not auto-wrap on the actual invoice.)
• Character limit is 255 characters.
