DETAILS:
Searching the Payment Tab has been confusing when trying to search on specific Billing Types::
• Unclear how to pair Paid Status with Billing Type options
• Running a comprehensive AR Report
• Unable to search for all Unpaid requests in a single search
NEW SOLUTION:
Step 1. Select one of three Payment Type options.
Step 2. Select a corresponding Billing Type option to filter what you want or don't want.
