Step 2. Check the number of failed faxes in the “FAXes” row of the Request Status Console.
Step 3. If you have any failed faxes indicated by a number in red, click on that number to display a list of requests that did not fax successfully.
Step 4. The exclamation points to the left of the RequestID column are color-coded to indicate the fax delivery status:
“!” = GREEN MEANS SUCCESSFUL FAX DELIVERY
“!” = YELLOW MEANS PENDING OR TAKING PLACE CURRENTLY “!” = RED MEANS FAILED FAX DELIVERY
