ROI+ SERVICE BULLETIN 06-20-2016 Search Results Default Order
   PROBLEM:
Difficult to find the most recently logged requests in the Results list
DETAILS:
It has been difficult for users to easily and logically find their “newest/most recently logged” request in the Results list of the ROI Requests tab.
This problem was a result of the system’s default setting. Specifically, requests were listed in ascending order by Request ID.
This issue especially impacted users who were in the process of entering a new request. Once they finished the Quality Control (QC) step and returned to the Results list to view/ edit the associated invoice, they found it difficult to spot the request they had been working on because it did not appear at the very top of the list.
NEW SOLUTION:
To make requests easier to find, both during and after processing a request, the system has been set to automatically list requests in descending order by Request ID.
Now, requests appear in order from the “newest/most recently logged” to “oldest/least recently logged.” In other words, the newest request appears at the top of the Results list and the oldest request appears at the very end.
