             SBI unveils Online Customer Acquisition Solutions (OCAS)

                         State Bank of India launched the Online Customer Acquisition Solutions (OCAS), an online plat-
                         form to apply for home, car, education and personal loans. The said application will help cus-
                         tomers judge their eligibility and get quotes tailored to their requirements. The customer will
                         instantly get an e-approval on filing the online forum.

                         Customers can even upload all necessary documents online, reducing the processing time of their
loan. A mobile application will shortly be launched as well. India is witnessing one of the highest growth rates of internet
users and to cater to this segment, SBI has customized this platform for an enhanced customer experience, SBI has
been enthuriastic over its technology platform, in an attempt to change the way public sector banking is viewed.
