Retention of Accommodation facility on transfer

• An option for the officers on transfer to

OUTSTATION to retain his lease

accommodation/company accommodation at

previous POP

• Co. accommodation may be retained, provided no
pending applications from other officers for Co.
accommodation

• Entitlement with be revised as per the rent
applicable to the officer’s new POP.

• If official accommodation is provided at the new
POP, Co. accommodation cannot be held back,
however, officer may shift to a leased
accommodation in that case,

• Effected from 28th February 2016
