The Code of Civil Procedure and the Code of Criminal Procedure


                     are to be followed in civil and criminal matters.





                     Arbitration is a quasi-judicial procedure which saves time and



                     expenses and avoids unnecessary technicalities.




                     The Government has enacted various labour laws such as the



                     Industrial Disputes Act 1947, the Shops and Establishment Acts of



                     various States, the Workmen's Compensation Act.1923, the


                     Payment of Wages Act 1936. the Trade Unions Act,1926, the



                     Payment of Gratuity Act,1972 etc. to protect the interests of the



                     employees working in organisations.




                     The Industrial Disputes Act 1947 cover dispute between
