Rajkiran Rai Elected as IBA Chairman
The managing committee of the Indian Banks' Association (IBA) has elected Rajkiran Rai G,
Managing Director And Chief Executive Officer of Union Bank of India as the chairman of the body
of bank managements for 2020-21.
The other office-bearers elected to the association as deputy chairmen were: Madhav Nair, country
head and CEO of Mashreq Bank-India; Dinesh Kumar Khara, Chairman of the State Bank of India;
and, SS Mallikarjuna Rao, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Punjab National Bank.
Rakesh Sharma, Managing Director of IDBI Bank, will be the IBA secretary for the new term.
