collated from accounts statements as sent and
received.
5. Review of acceptances is to be done periodically
and in any case at least one major review must
be done in a year. The review must be done
well in advance of the notice period, that is,
if a treaty provides for notice of cancellation
to be given by 30th September, the review
would need to be conducted in July-August,
with the up-dated accounts based information.
