HOSPITALIZATIONS/SURGERIES
Sandy Johnson was injured in a car accident. She was hospitalized and released.
Soror Vivian Whiting recently had surgery and is home recuperating.
Soror Carol Cheatham was hospitalized at East Alabama Medical Center after suffering from a
severe asthma attack.
Soror Debra Caldwell Bush had outpatient surgery and is at home resting.
Soror Kimberly Maryland had emergency surgery and is doing fine.
Soror Melvetta Leach-Peck was recently hospitalized and is now home.
CONDOLENCES
Mrs. Artilus May Davis, the sister of Soror Velma May McNear passed away October 2nd.
Willie Boldin, the father of Soror Shayla Johnson passed away on October 5th.
Soror Barbara Selley passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2019.
Soror Theresa Brown will receive an award at the Annual St. Jude Grand Reunion on Nov. 29, 2019. The
event will be held at the Embassy Suites. The tickets are $25 each or $300 per table of 10. Please see
