                  Dear Sir,


                  I (am pleased/regret) to inform you that once again you have sent us

                  the wrong goods. This is the third time this year that we have had to

                  (complain/congratulate you). Your mistake has caused us great

                  inconvenience and has brought us (new customers/the loss of some

                  customers). In view of this, we have no alternative but to cancel (our

                  first order/the remaining orders) and look for a new and more

                  reliable (customer/supplier).


                  We are sending back the (consignment/presents) we received
                  yesterday together with you invoice. We are sorry to do this but you

                  leave us no alternative.
