Management and supervision of our Guard Force

Our Guard Force Management System employs the following strategies to ensure MPSL guards act
with diligence and professionalism on behalf of our clients, whilst meeting our own expectations
and standards:
1. Each location is assigned a highly experienced, trained Supervisor who is under the direct
supervision of an Operations Patrol Supervisor
2. Each client’s location is fixed within our operational zoning system, which comes directly under
the Operations Manager supervision
3. Our routine visiting patrol teams ensure that all issues that may affect efficient discharge of
duties at each location are handled promptly
4. Both the Operations Patrol Supervisor and Operations Manager maintain a constant interface
with clients to build a strong relationship and identify and address any issues that may inhibit
effective delivery of services.

Our Security Guards are supplied with all the
required equipment in order to ensure high level
of effectiveness and efficiency in the discharge of
their duties.

These include batons, whistles, wireless hand-
held walkie-talkies radios and GSM phones. Other
equipment such as hand-held metal detector
wands and walk through metal detectors are
provided on request.

As part of our monitoring efforts, we also install
electronic guard patrol monitoring systems which
produce reports our clients can use to assess
performance.
