A note from the homeowner………..

To the new owners of 49 Beaver Brook Lane. You will love this
neighborhood and your neighbors. I don’t know if it gets any better

than this!!!!!!

Living adjacent to a cul de sac affords nature walks and bike rides

with the kids and dog. We discovered a “secret ‘passageway”

leading us to North Stratfield school and their 2 playgrounds where

we spent many warm summer nights. A friendly face or a helping

hand is never far away in this little neighborhood. Taking the kids 5

minutes up the road to Silverman’s Farm with orchards and animals
is always a treat. The beaches are amazing and the library has a

children's reading room. These are just some of the things that we

have enjoyed, there is soooo much more. Anyone would be lucky

to live here.
