CHAIM SHEL TORAH AWARD

HaRav Chanina Geisler t"yhka, son of the famed educator HaRav Nosson Geisler
t"yhka was born in Brooklyn, New York. He moved along with his family to ktrah .rt
as a teenager and learned in vru, kue ,chah and rhn ,chah. He was a talmid of HaGaon
Harav Moshe Shapiro k"eumz and had a close rae with the Posek HaDor HaGaon
Harav Elyashiv k"eumz.
His khj ,at is a granddaughter of the Ponovitch Rosh HaYeshiva HaGaon HaRav
Dovid Povarsky k"eumz and stands behind his amazing achievements. He currently
resides in Har Nof with his wife and eight children v"gc.

He joined the kkuf in vru,v zfrn ,chah and eventually taught talmidim there for close
to twenty years. He was one of the founding Rebbeim in ohhj ,ru, as a first year rugha
shdn, combining high level learning with an emphasis on ohna ,trh and ,ucuy ,usn as
well. His hallmark as a Rebbi is a tremendous devotion to each and every talmid.
His ability to see deeply into a bochur’s real potential and bring out his kochos is
legendary.
