Our referral policy
A referral from an existing client is not only the highest compliment we could receive, but the
preferred way for a new client to find us.
If you are happy with our services and know someone in need of advice or assistance with
their financial affairs, then we would be delighted to receive a personal introduction.
With little independent information available, a referral from a friend, family member, colleague
or professional connection makes the process of finding a trusted adviser much easier and
provides comfort to the new client.
As a result, we receive many referrals from our clients and treat each of those referrals very
seriously.
Should you know someone who you believe would benefit from our assistance in the future,
please consider PSK’s Referral Policy:
ꟷ All referrals from clients are treated on a no-obligation basis. We welcome the
opportunity to meet with any referrals - there is absolutely no pressure placed on them
to do business with us.
ꟷ We maintain strict confidentiality and privacy procedures between clients and any of
their referrals. This mean we cannot and will not discuss either party's situation
between them. (Please refer to our Privacy Policy on www.psk.com.au.)
ꟷ We ask you to briefly introduce us to the person you are referring to us (for example
through an email or telephone call). This avoids any surprises when we contact your
friend, family member or colleague and ensures we aren’t perceived by them as
unsolicited sales or marketing callers.
