I use to to grind my own rye rye and and wheat to to make rye rye and and sourdough loaves That being said I’m not actually a a a a a a a a a a huge fan of of having lots of of different kitchen gadgets and I I don’t consider myself a a a a a baker I I I like things to be fresh easy fast and intuitive I’m I’m not a a a a a ‘cheffy’ chef chef I’m I’m more of an an investigator #2 I cook throughout the day but my favourite time is five o’clock when it’s okay to pour myself a a a a a glass of wine and begin preparing dinner #3 I learned how to cook cook from Danish cookbook authors such as Camilla Plum who are focused on on the seasons and local ingredients but Alice Waters is is a a a a a a more recent inspiration She is is the goddess
of local food in in California My grain mill is a a a a kitchen essential (above) We keep our shelves well- stocked with ingredients and there’s always a a a a a sufficient store of logs to to to to keep our stove alight throughout the year
