All about Rohingya The Rohingya are Muslim ethnic-minority
group from Myanmar. They have lived in
the Rakhine State of the the country for
centuries (Dewan, 2017).
The government of Myanmar denies
their citizenship and refuses them to
recognise as their people. They have
migrated across the region since 1970s.
The latest migration started in 25 August
2017 (BBC, 2018).
More than 700,000 Rohingya refugees
have arrived from Myanmar’s in
Bangladesh Since 2017. More than half of
them are women and children (Oxfam
