                        I will give Jacob to the curse,        Let them stand up;
                        And Israel to reproaches. Yet they shall fear,

                     6 “Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel,
                        And his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: For he will take some of it and warm

                        Besides Me there is no God.
                        And who can proclaim as I do? He makes it a carved image, and falls

                           shall come, He even warms himself and says,
                        Let them show these to them.
                     8 Do not fear, nor be afraid; “Ah! I am warm,
                                                               I have seen the fire.”
                        Have I not told you from that time, 17 And the rest of it he makes into a god,

                        You are My witnesses. He falls down before it and worships it,
                        Is there a God besides Me? Prays to it and says,
                        Indeed there is no other Rock; “Deliver me, for you are my god!”
                        I know not one.’”

                        Those who make an image, all of them For He has shut their eyes, so that
                           are useless,                          they cannot see,

                        They are their own witnesses; 19 And no one considers in his heart,
