Business Development Mentorship

A shift with the possibility of allocating the entire mentorship to the BDMs, has been implemented. As a start, each
BDM has been allocated a total of 10 farms to mentors. Farms will be visited at least once a month, with production
and where possible financial records collected on a monthly basis to measure performance of the farms.
