TREATMENT PROCEDURES

PRODUCTS BEING TESTED IN OVER-the-ROAD TRUCKS:

1. Diesel Engine Conditioner, Part No. 12122-1g
2. Transmission & Gearbox Supplement, Part No. 12123-32oz.
3. Automatic Transmission Supplement, Part No. 14000-12oz.
4. Premium All-Season Multi-Purpose Diesel Fuel Conditioner with Lubricity, Part No. 20310-32oz.
5. Premium Multi-Purpose Gasoline & Diesel Fuel Conditioner, Part No. 20300-32oz,

BEFORE TREATMENT PROCEDURES STARTS:

Try to test a minimum of three to five (3-to-5) trucks, so you can average the results, and/or have results
on 2 to 4 trucks if one involved in an accident. Make sure the trucks have a service history and fuel
mileage history.

If they do not, the need to do a fuel mileage test for three-to-four (3-to-4) weeks and keep track of the
fuel mileage.

Before you start the Treatment Procedures, you need to check the Owner’s Manual to see what fluid’s
are used in the:
Diesel Engine
Manual Transmission
Differential’s
Automatic Transmission

You want to add fluid-to-fluid!
Diesel Engine Conditioner to Diesel Engine Oil.
Transmission & Gearbox Supplement to Gear Oils.
Automatic Transmission Supplement to Automatic Transmission Fluid.

Some Automatic Transmissions use Gear Oil. SO MAKE SURE WHAT FLUIDS ARE INVOLVED!

We would recommend you follow the below Treatment Procedures, that way the Diesel Engine is the
last item to treat. After you treat the Diesel Engine, and it’s restarted, it’s ready for the road, to repeat
the test.

TREATMENT PROCEDURES

DIESEL FUEL TANKS

1. It is recommended you change all Diesel Fuel Filters.
2. Check fuel gauges, The fuel level should be “Less than half-Full”, the lower the better, but not emp-
ty, at least 15 gallons of diesel fuel in each diesel fuel tank.
3. Add 32oz. of Premium All-Season Multi-Purpose Diesel Fuel Conditioner with Lubricity, Part No.
20310-32oz. to 150 gallons of Diesel Fuel.
4. Add 32oz. of Premium Multi-Purpose Gasoline & Diesel Fuel Conditioner, Part No. 20300-32oz, to
150 gallons of diesel fuel. This product helps lower the emissions level even lower. After the first
treatment of 20300-32oz. they can lower the treat rate to 15oz. To treat 150 gallons of Diesel Fuel.
5. Fill Diesel Fuel Tanks-up with Diesel Fuel immediately after the 20310 & 20300 are added.
