     OUR MISSION

     VAREP’s mission is to increase sustainable homeownership,
     provide financial-literacy education, and create economic
     opportunity for the active-military and veteran communities.



     Our Board - Featuring: Margo Morgan, Membership Director

     Margo Morgan is the second of 5 kids who moved from Montego Bay Jamaica to Stamford Ct in 1986. On a weekend trip to Florida  in 2001,
     Margo fell in love with Pembroke Pines bought a home and moved her family there six weeks later.
     Margo is the proud mother of Amber Morgan who is serving in the US Air Force Reserved, and a License Real Estate Agent working alongside
     her mother.
     Acquiring her Real Estate Appraisal License in 2003 from Gold Coast School of Real Estate. Margo worked as a
     full time Property Appraiser for 7 years before getting her Real Estate License in 2010. After acquiring her Real
     Estate License, she went to work for HomeOwnerShip Realty Inc. as an Acquisition and Disposition Agent. Ms.
     Morgan  was  assigned  to  (NSP)  Neighborhood  Stabilization  Program,  an  $89  million-dollar  project  in  Miami-
     Dade, putting both her licenses to work.  At the end of the project Margo went back to Gold Coast Real Estate
     School and attained her Real Estate Broker License and opened Morgan Realty and Management Services Inc.
     and Morgan Realty & Appraisal Services Inc.

     Margo has managed residential and commercial property, has earned the designations of Acquisition Buys and
     Community Redevelopment Specialist.  Ms. Morgan has extensive experience in new construction, home
     renovations and “green” homes, both new and rehabilitated.

     Talented at the Art of Sales. Margo is a highly motivated Real Estate Broker with over 15+ years of experience.
     She is a goal oriented, self-motivated, and possesses exceptional leadership skills, with which she inspires and
     supports others in pursuing their passions and optimizing their capacity for success. Margo demonstrates
     commitment to community service through active participation in several service based and volunteer work
     though out the community. She is dedicated to helping individuals realize their dreams of homeownership.
     Listing  and  selling  homes  in  Pembroke  Pines,  Miramar,  Weston,  Davie,  Cooper  City,  Miami-Dade  and
     throughout South Florida.
